The Consultancy Services is quite comprehensive and includes six major areas that could be totally independent services, or some could be combined. For example, The PM Function, Tailored Methods, and OPMS can go hands in hands. Then after a while, we could follow with assessments. Digital transformation could be happening from the start or later. We can also combine the PMO with a few of the other services.
